How can I register for gifts with Juliska?
Registering is easy and can be done in-store or online. We recommend you set up an appointment with our registry department to begin the process. This appointment can be at the Table Setting Studio in the Juliska Flagship Store or via Zoom! Either way, our passionate entertaining experts will make creating your registry a piece of (wedding) cake! Did we mention you will receive a special gift when you arrive for your scheduled appointment? Cheers to love!

When should I register?
It’s never too early to register! Our recommendation is registering 6-8 months before your wedding/event. This allows enough time for family and friends to purchase gifts for congratulatory parties and showers, as well as your big day.
How does the Juliska registry work?
Juliska's registry is a universal and credit-based registry, built to make your registry experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Juliska has partnered with MyRegistry.com so you can place all the items that you want onto one universal gift registry. Once you create your master gift list you can share your single manageable registry with all your family and friends.
Juliska’s registry is a credit-based system that gives you the flexibility to decide when you are ready to receive your gifts. Instead of receiving a physical gift, you will receive notifications for each registry purchase via email and you will accumulate the credit value of these gifts in your Gift Registry Credit Account.
Once you are ready to redeem, typically after the wedding or event, you may use your Credit Balance to fulfill your registry - whether you choose to fulfill your registry exactly as you originally planned or to purchase other items available at The Juliska Flagship Store or juliskaflagship.com.
This unique system helps to reduce returns, incomplete sets, and multiple shipments arriving while you are busy preparing for your big day.
How can guests purchase gifts?
Your guests can purchase gifts over the phone or in person at the Juliska Flagship Store or online at juliskaflagship.com. Note that all orders placed online will be processed as Gift Registry Credit onto your account.
Guests who would prefer to have a gift sent or brought with them to a party can place their order by phone or in person at the Juliska Flagship Store. Our dedicated team members will happily work to find just the right gift to fit the occasion.
Is my registry private?
The privacy setting on your registry is up to you. MyRegistry inherently has two different privacy settings. It can either be public and searchable or private, in which case it is only accessible to friends and family with whom you have decided to share your registry link.
What items should I include in my registry?

How will I know when someone purchases a gift from my registry?
When a gift is purchased from your registry, you will receive an email notifying you of the purchase. The email will feature the item or items purchased and include a personalized message from the gift giver. This information will also be traceable through the thank-you note tracker in your Registry account.
Do I need to do anything when I receive a gift notification via email?
Not necessarily, gift notifications simply let you know that the value for the specified item(s) has been added to your accrued Registry Credit Balance. Email notifications are provided as helpful aids when writing thank-you notes to your guests.
Will I be able to have a list of all the gifts that have been purchased from my registry?
Absolutely. In your Registry account, you will be able to view all the gifts that have been purchased alongside the names of the purchasers. In addition, you will be able to view your total Gift Registry Credit Balance.
Can I return a physical gift or a broken gift?
We are happy to return any gifts from Juliska within 60 days of the purchase or wedding/event date if they are in accordance with Juliska’s Return Policy. Please note: return costs are the responsibility of the shipper. Juliska does not pay for return shipping. Sale Items are final sale and are not returnable.
What if I receive a physical gift from Juliska that is not on my registry and would like to return it?
You can return the gift for a Juliska Gift Card but not Registry Credit. Registry Credit is reserved for registry purchases and returns only.
How do I access my Registry Credit Balance?
Simply log into your Juliska Registry Account to view your accrued Registry Credit Balance.
When and how can I use my accrued Registry Credit Balance?
You can use your Registry Credit Balance for gift fulfillment (of items on or off your registry) at any time by reaching out to our Registry Specialist (843-870-2037). However, it is typically easier for you to schedule a Redemption Appointment after your wedding/event to complete your fulfillment. At the Redemption appointment, our Registry Specialist will help you order all the items you desire with your accrued Registry Credit Balance.
*Completion Discount: After your Big Day, enjoy 20% off for 6 months on the remaining items you wish to purchase from your registry yourself. (Completion discount cannot be combined with Registry Credit.)
To best prepare for in-store appointments, we ask that you schedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. We also suggest you take an inventory of any physical gifts you may have received that will affect your redemption.

How does my completion discount work?
If you meet our eligibility criteria (and it's easy to do!), we'll take 20% off remaining on your registry for six months after your big day (after your Registry Credit has been used). The best part-you can use the discount as many times as you want throughout that six-month period. Some exclusions apply.
To be eligible for the completion discount, you must:
(1) Have an event date specified in your Registry account.
(2) Have created a registry at least 30+ days prior to your event date
(3) Have received at least one gift from that registry by your event date
What if I change my mind and want to redeem different items than what I had initially registered for?
Whether you decide to redeem what was gifted or prefer the flexibility to select something new, it’s entirely up to you. Please feel free to contact our dedicated Registry Specialists ([email protected] | 843-870-2037) and we will help you redesign your registry to your liking. Please note that should you choose to use the value of a gift to make a new selection, all prices will be based on the current selling price of the item you were initially gifted.
What if prices change before I redeem my Registry Credit?
Whether you choose to use the value of your Gift Registry Credit to purchase items from your selection, to make a new selection, or to add additional quantities of an item, please note that all prices will be based on the current selling price of the items you select.
Will my gifts be waiting for me in-store when I am ready to redeem?
While some of your final selections may be in stock and ready for you to take home, in most cases, we will need to order your selections and have them sent to you. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate order pick-ups in the store and must ask that you provide a shipping address.
What if I receive credit for a product that is now discontinued?
We strive to ensure that every item on your registry will be available when you need it. However, the ultimate availability of items is subject to change. Should you receive a registry account purchase for an item that is no longer available, the item’s value will be applied to the purchase of a suitable replacement. We regret that a cash refund of the value of the discontinued item is not available.
Will I have to pay for shipping to have my gifts delivered to me?
Each registry purchase has the shipping fee waived, that way when it is time to order your gifts, shipping is all taken care of.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, military APO, DPO, and FPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii or any locations outside of the Continental United States at this time.
What if there is money left in my Gift Credit Registry account after I redeem my gifts and finalize my registry?
Any money left over will remain as store credit in your account. The credit has no expiration date and can be used for anything in our store or on juliskaflagship.com. Unfortunately, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
How long does my Gift Registry Credit last?
Your Gift Registry Credit has no expiration date. However, your 20% Completion Discount is only valid for 6 months from your event date.
